if you like a tasty breakfast, this is more of a general approach with a lot of option but not much to eat, if you know what i mean.Balcony door did not close properly, shower knob was missing - nothing fixed 3 days later when we left.

I am very happy that I chose this hotel. It has the best location — during my 4-day stay I managed to do everything I planned in Istanbul and even more. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. I will definitely come back here again.

Esspresso machine during breakfast time it should be for free as a complimentary service for the 5 star continental breakfast but its only available by a la carte which is worse for me.A free filter coffee was not enough to make me awake enought to start my day hence I was expecting a good coffee!

I had unfortunately had terrible experience. Most of my horrible experiences came from communication with reception and supervisor of the receptionist. The moment I walked in, after travelling many hours I was not greeted at all. In fact, both men at reception station acted as if they didn’t see me. I patiently waited, they stayed talking on the phone for 5 min. As I requested to be checked in, they were actually so rude, or so it appeared ( their English was very poor) It’s nonsense at the to not be kind and welcoming or speak English at the front desk. Long story short I asked for a quiet room and they gave me room with so much noice that I couldn’t even sleep till 3 am. Also to mention, room was so tiny that I couldn’t even open my suitcases between the beds. I asked them if the is a room with two single beds so there is more floor space for my suitcase to be opened. They didn’t agree and insisted that there were no more rooms available before 3 pm . Which is such a lie!!!!I asked for manager, they said that the rude person is the supervisor. I asked for some help to resolve this issue, instead the both redemptions were making fun of me. In my face.Then they said if I don’t like the room, I can leave! My booking was without cancellation policy. Terrible customer service. I would recommend this hotel at no cost. There are plenty of hotels in the proximity.

I liked the location the respect and kind staff and also a good buffet

I only didn’t liked my room view from room 508 otherwise everything was perfect

Hotel writing review in my name. They ask you for your booking details, and somehow, with that, they are able to post a review in my name. Apparently I did not like "Voice from restaurant downstairs", when I actually never heard any noice from restaurant

Location is very nice. Easily accessible to all the attractions of city centre.

We checked in at late night and the receptionist Mr. Ali was nightmare. His behaviour was totally rude. We travelled with family and kids and requested to provide rooms on same floor, he simply refused by saying that it is not his responsibility to provide rooms on same floor. After spending more than 30 minutes arguing with him, finally we have to accept rooms on different floors. Breakfast was also not up to the standards of Ramada brand. We have seen first hotel in our so many years of travelling experience that charge for omelette!!!!!! And that also 3 Euro!!!It is really upsetting. Even 2 or 3 star hotels provide complimentary omelette and this hotel ask seperate money for it.

Property location is very good. Service staffs are very good. House keeping staffs are excellent

They put me in very small room while my reservation was for big room, reception staff were not helpful and friendly to solve my concerns.

Food variety during breakfast

Well, when it comes to the check in service. The employee at the reception desk was not fast enough nor knowledgeable so the process was slow. Especially for clients arriving late and tired at night. As for the cleanliness of the room. A bit disappointing. The bathroom floor is moldy and dirty. The carpets are dirty which means the room is not being cleaned enough nor maintained.Last but not least, the breakfast even though was generous the employees behavior is unacceptable. When we were leaving the restaurant, out of fear of us not paying they insisted to follow us to the room to settle the bill!! Guys.... I'm a very frequent traveler...in every hotel I stayed in... we settle payments on check out...not need to run after clients to their bedrooms to settle payments!!! It shows lack of respect and trust.

No tooth brush and paste provided on the room. Spa duration to be clarified and ensured prior to the booking of spa. For me spa duration was less than my booked duration and reported immediately to the spa counter and they agreed to provide the extra session. However they did not provide a schedule, though they had confirmed to provide the schedule by WhatsApp. Suggested to discuss the booking duration with therapist prior to start of the therapy, toAvoid confusions

The hotel restaurant was good, and the room was satisfactory overall. However, there were some issues with the technical staff. Their communication was unclear, and their actions were inconsistent. For example, they would sometimes come to check room in the morning and at other times in the evening, This created some inconvenience during the stay. The breakfast offered by the hotel did not meet my expectations. That said, the restaurant connected to the hotel from outside was excellent, with very good food quality and taste.Apart from these concerns, the other services were acceptable, and the hotel’s location was quite good, which added convenience to the overall experience.
